Ja Rule Clowns 50 Cent Over Allegedly Poor Ticket Sales

The long-running feud between rappers Ja Rule and 50 Cent has reignited, with Ja Rule taking aim at his longtime rival over claims of poor ticket sales for 50 Cent's European tour.

Just a year after his "Final Lap" tour, 50 Cent is currently touring the UK and Germany, and has reportedly been offering 2-for-1 deals on tickets for his London show. This did not go unnoticed by Ja Rule, who mocked 50 Cent for the alleged offer, despite many fans pointing out that most of the tour dates were listed as sold out.

"You sure bout that??? Ain't nobody coming to see you Otis… I mean Curtis," Ja Rule fired back on social media, taking a dig at 50 Cent's real first name.

This is not the first time the two have clashed over ticket sales. In a recent interview, 50 Cent claimed that he had bought tickets to one of Ja Rule's shows so that hundreds of seats would be left empty.

"I did [buy Ja Rule's tickets]. They were cheap tickets. The tickets were very affordable. They were on StubHub. I bought the first four rows," 50 Cent said. "I looked at it and said, 'I just want you to feel like you gotta reach the people, four or five rows back' [laughs]."

He added: "It wasn't that big of a sacrifice. I've bought things that mean less to me. That was fun, watching the show and seeing the spaces are empty because they were reserved for someone else."

Ja Rule was quick to call out 50 Cent's claims, branding him a "fat fucking liar" and challenging him to provide proof of his ticket-buying stunt.

"You believe this dumb shit???" Ja Rule wrote on X (formerly Twitter). "Like I said before I got 10k for ANYONE who can produce this footage a photo shit what city/venue did this said show take place??? @50cent is a fat fucking LIAR."

This is not the first time Ja Rule has disputed 50 Cent's claims about buying tickets to his shows. Back in 2019, after 50 Cent said he had snapped up 200 tickets to one of Ja Rule's shows, the "I'm Real" rapper wrote on social media: "This [clown emoji] 50 Cent is the pathological LIAR. I'll cash app 10 bands to ANYBODY who has pics or footage of said show bozo bought 200 tix to so it could be empty … I'll wait… y'all believe anything goofy [they] tell y'all."

The ongoing feud between Ja Rule and 50 Cent has been a long-running and often bitter one, with the two rappers engaging in a war of words and even physical altercations over the years.
