Pusha T Lashes Out at Travis Scott, Calls Him a "Whore"

Veteran rapper Pusha T has unleashed a scathing attack on his former GOOD Music labelmate Travis Scott, calling the "Sicko Mode" rapper a "whore" and accusing him of lacking loyalty.

The drama started on Pusha's new Clipse song "So Be It", where many fans speculated he was taking aim at Kanye West. However, in a recent interview with GQ, Pusha clarified that his ire was actually directed at Travis Scott.

Pusha explained that the impetus for his venom towards Scott stemmed from an incident that occurred in Paris, where the two were working together. Pusha recounts that Scott came to a studio session where Pusha and his Clipse partner Malice were present, and proceeded to "interrupt" the session to play his new music for Pharrell Williams.

"He sees me and Malice there. He's like, 'Oh, man, everybody's here,' he's smiling, laughing, jumping around, doing his fucking monkey dance. We weren't into the music, but he wanted to play it, wanted to film [us and Pharrell listening to it]. And then a week later you hear Meltdown, which he didn't play," Pusha said.

Pusha went on to accuse Scott of exhibiting this type of behavior repeatedly, saying "He has no picks. He'll do this with anybody. He did it with Sicko Mode," referring to Drake dissing Kanye West on that track.

Pusha, who has distanced himself from the "GOOD Music crew", lambasted Scott's lack of loyalty to Kanye, the man he considers his "mentor". He stated bluntly: "I've already dealt with the lack of loyalty [to his] mentor, the guy he looks up to. I've been dealing with the corny shit that goes along with them."

Pusha concluded by calling Scott a "whore" and said he's "just not one of them" when it comes to that "filthy quality" and "lack of loyalty". He made it clear that this animosity didn't come out of nowhere, and that Scott has a history of this type of underhanded behavior.

So far, Travis Scott has not responded to Pusha T's scathing remarks. But given the personal nature of the attack, a response from the "Astroworld" rapper seems all but inevitable.
