Bronx-based multitalent Jae Tips has joined forces with Saucony once again for a special collaboration that celebrates family life. The "I Love You, But I'm Busy" collection features colorful takes on the Grid Jazz 9 and Shadow 6000 silhouettes, inspired by the delicate balance between work and personal time.
The campaign video for this release provides a glimpse into Jae's life, showing him getting ready for a Saucony photoshoot when his daughter reminds him of a promised trip to the park. Jae decides to put work aside and take his kids out for the day, with his Saucony team scrambling to track him down. This playful scenario embodies the message of the collection - that family should always come first, even when work demands our attention.
The Grid Jazz 9 and Shadow 6000 models showcase Jae's signature vibrant, floral aesthetic. The Jazz 9 features a bold upper in shades of yellow, blue, and orange, with a hot pink midsole that flows seamlessly into the quarter panel. Both sneakers bear the stitched text "I Love You, But I'm Busy" across the heel, reinforcing the collection's central theme.
The Jae Tips x Saucony "I Love You, But I'm Busy" collaboration will have a pre-launch on March 28th, followed by a global release on April 11th. The Grid Jazz 9 will be available in men's sizing from 3.5 to 14, while the Shadow 6000 will be offered exclusively in kids' sizes.

This latest partnership between Jae Tips and Saucony continues to showcase the designer's ability to create footwear that is not only visually striking, but also deeply personal and reflective of his own experiences. By celebrating the importance of family, the "I Love You, But I'm Busy" collection serves as a heartwarming reminder to prioritize what truly matters in life.
